Sky Ronix ("Agency", "We", "Us", or "Our"), founded by Lokram Chaudhary and managed in tandem with Vandana Singh (Director of Operations & Legal Strategy), operates under strict zero-leak and radical data privacy standards. This Privacy Policy governs all digital assets, proprietary platforms, web applications, and consulting services executed under the Sky Ronix umbrella.
By engaging with our website or retaining our digital services, you acknowledge and agree to the lawful collection, processing, and storage practices articulated herein.
In order to provide high-velocity digital development, infrastructure engineering, and growth architecture, we collect the following tiers of information:
- Direct Identity Information: Full Legal Name, Corporate Email Address (
Theskyronix@gmail.cominteractions), Telephone/WhatsApp Contact Details, and Registered Business Name. - Technical & System Telemetry: Anonymized IP addresses, browser engine specifications, operating systems, session duration, clickstream paths, and latency analytics.
- Project & Architecture Artifacts: Wireframes, design briefs, database schemas, and private API credentials explicitly furnished by clients under formal mutual Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs).
All data processed by Sky Ronix is strictly bounded by legal and contractual necessity:
- To draft, authenticate, and execute Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and milestone deliverables.
- To provision secure cloud infrastructure, dev containers, and staging servers during digital deployment.
- To fulfill statutory invoicing, GST reporting, and tax audit compliance mandated by governing authorities.
- To conduct threat detection, DDOS mitigation, and unauthorized intrusion sweeps across our client portals.
Data maintained on Sky Ronix operational nodes is protected via end-to-end industry-grade encryption (AES-256 at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit). When deploying client applications to third-party providers (including AWS, Cloudflare, Google Cloud Platform, or GitHub Enterprise), client data is managed exclusively via isolated container environments and access-restricted role tokens.
Under international privacy frameworks (including provisions aligned with GDPR, CCPA, and the Information Technology Act), you maintain the right to inspect, amend, export, or demand complete cryptographic erasure of your personal data from our active staging environments.

Return, Cancellation & Refund Policy
Clear, contractual terms governing custom engineering, retainers, and digital services.
Sky Ronix executes high-end, custom-engineered digital systems, UI/UX architecture, custom software development, and growth infrastructure. Because all engineering hours, codebases, and design frameworks are bespoke intellectual assets allocated exclusively per client, standard "consumer merchandise returns" do not apply to our work.
All client contracts operate under a structured Milestone Approval System. Payments are released in phase installments corresponding to concrete engineering sprints:

Either party may terminate an ongoing services engagement by providing a fourteen (14) calendar days written notice to Theskyronix@gmail.com.
- Upon receipt of cancellation, all development stops immediately on the current billing cycle.
- The client is invoiced for all unbilled developer hours and third-party API/cloud licenses accrued up to the exact moment of termination.
- Any excess unspent retainer funds allocated toward future, unstarted phases will be credited or remitted within twenty-one (21) business days.
Initiating an unauthorized payment dispute or bank chargeback without prior written consultation with Sky Ronix legal officers constitutes a breach of contract. Such actions will result in an immediate revocation of all software licenses, staging container suspension, and potential legal counter-claims for contractual damages and recovered collection costs.

The technical specifications, case studies, performance metrics, and compliance guides published across Sky Ronix digital surfaces are provided strictly for general informational, organizational, and technological demonstration purposes. Nothing contained within this site or in our introductory consultations constitutes certified legal counsel, financial audit certification, or statutory tax advice.
While Sky Ronix builds industry-leading, high-conversion web architectures, enterprise SEO infrastructure, and automated business workflows, we explicitly disclaim any absolute guarantee of specific commercial revenue, search engine ranking locks, or investment returns.
Sky Ronix designs resilient codebases; however, we do not control the uptime, operational latency, or security breaches of independent external infrastructure providers. We disclaim all direct liability for downtime, revenue drops, or service halts caused by:
- Global outages of third-party cloud engines (including AWS, Cloudflare, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud).
- Deprecation or sudden endpoint alterations of external APIs (such as payment gateways, Meta Graph API, OpenAI API).
- Unsanctioned client-side modifications, direct server tinkering, or unverified third-party WordPress plugin installations applied post-handover.
To the highest extent permissible under governing jurisdiction, Sky Ronix, its founders (Lokram Chaudhary and Vandana Singh), employees, and contract engineers shall in no event be held liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, loss of corporate profits, business interruption, or data corruption).
In all events, the maximum cumulative liability of Sky Ronix for any verified claims arising from our engagements shall not exceed the actual aggregate fees paid by the client to Sky Ronix under the specific Statement of Work (SOW) during the three (3) months preceding the incident.
